missingWrote a review on 05 Octconfusing check-in
The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The directions we received were incorrect, leading us around in circles for an hour. Finding the parking garage was confusing, and once inside, every space felt cramped and unclear. We nearly missed our event due to this confusion.

Kasa union station is in a fantastic spot right across from beautiful confluence park. We enjoyed our bright king suite with a view of the pool and the city. The retro decor and record player. Plus, there's a nice seasonal pool that opened in june. The staff was super responsive, providing extra kitchen items we needed.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Union Station. Our kids loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. And Starbucks right downstairs was a huge hit with everyone!
My kids wished there were clearer instructions for accessing the building and parking.

Spacious and Convenient with Amazing Amenities
The location was perfect for walking to dining options and public transport. The self-check-in process felt a bit impersonal, and I missed having staff available for face-to-face interactions.
